For Centuries
massage has been used to assist in the healing of many
common ailments. In Thailand today it is still often used
for this purpose but is mainly used
as a form of stress reduction.
Hideaway Herbal Care
Body Care oils
are naturally produced from rich jungle vegetation from all
regions of Thailand and contain both health and beautifying
properties. Using a natural selection of Thai herbs and
plant extracts we have put together a range of treatments
that are well suited to all skin types. These treatments can
be combined with any others to create an extended Spa
programme.

testing has been done with any product used by Body Care.

massage using oil and lotion derived from the natural Thai
herb Wild Mint. This treatment is very beneficial for
reviving tired and aching feet.

and relaxing treatment using the natural Thai herbs Prai &
Khamin - a great cleansing and purifying treatment.
Herbal Steam Session - one hour 400 Baht
Traditionally
the steam room was used by locals as a remedy for healing,
many ailments and skin diseases were alleviated by
frequenting the herbal infused sauna. Various blends of
different Thai herbs were tied together and placed in the
steamer, as soon as the steam began to fill the room the
vapour from the herbs was inhaled, we carry out the same
procedures today in our herbal steam room. To gain maximum
benefit from the steam session you should spend up to twenty
minutes in the steam and then alternate between refreshing
cool-down and relaxation periods.
Corrective
Body Treatments
Indispensable
at the beginning of your holiday or before any course of
treatment. We will help you achieve your goals to firm and
tone with or cooling/firming wrap, eliminate the toxins with
our Detoxify massage or rematerialize your body with our
revitalizing wrap.
All our
corrective body treatments include a full body exfoliation,
and a stress relieving scalp massage.
Detox Body Massage - one hour 900 Baht
A detoxifying
bodies massage incorporating aromatic oils of lemon, juniper
berry and grapefruit designed to stimulate the circulatory
and lymphatic systems. Algae is used to boost metabolism
reduce fluid retention and detoxify your body.
Cellulite Wrap - one hour 1800 Baht
This powerful
wrap stimulates fat metabolism, drains toxins via lymphatic
system and restructures damages to restore a smooth
appearance to the body.
Papaya or Tamarind Body Scrub - one hour and thirty minutes
1400 Baht
Both of this
hour and a half treatment use natural Thai Herbs as a base
and are blended with either fresh Papaya or Tamarind to
create a compound used to exfoliate the skin.
Dead Sea Delights
This black
mineral enriched mud found in its natural form on the banks
of the Dead Sea, is comprised of layers of sedimentary clay
formed over thousands of years. The mud contains natural
exfoliating agents and minerals, which act to purify and
energize the skin. Dead Sea Salt Crystals are created from
authentic dead sea water. This water is pumped directly from
the sea into solar evaporation pools where its salts are
naturally crystallized. The following treatments incorporate
the delights of the Dead Sea and the purest essential oils
to create two detoxifying and exfoliating treatments that
are great as a pre and post sunbathing regime. Enjoy
Dead Sea Mineral Mud Wrap - one hour
1800 Baht.
The body is layered in Dead Sea Mud and wrapped in plastic
and cotton sheets, this allows the mud to be absorbed into
the skin and detoxifying the skin cells. After a tepid
shower we complete this treatment with a specially prepared
lavender body lotion. This treatment will leave you feeling
totally relaxed and your body looking like new. A great
after-sun treatment!
Body Salt Glo - one hour 1600 Baht.
Combining Dead Sea Salt crystals and pure lavender essential
oil we create a compound which is used to exfoliate the
skin. The crystals soften the skin, relax the muscles and
calm the mind. The result is silky smooth skin with a
radiant glow!

all start with a Traditional Herbal Steam Session preparing
you for your treatments ahead. During your stay with us you
will be attended to by our professionally trained staff who
are here to serve you.. Refreshments will be served during

Half-Day Spa Package - One, Simply
Thai...
Three hours are needed for this package. 1200 Baht
Begin this

allocated to prepare your mind and body for the treatments
that follow. Using natural Dead Sea Mineral Mud and Sea
Salts from the banks of the Dead Sea we have prepared a
special exfoliation and detoxification treatment that will
leave you silky smooth and tingling all over. We begin with
a body salt glo which uses a compound of dead sea salts and
lavender essential oil to exfoliate the skin, following a
warm shower we cover your with a generous layer of dead sea
mud and wrap you in a plastic sheet for twenty minutes
allowing your body to naturally detoxify. To conclude your
treatment, we follow by a one hour Swedish massage using our
specially prepared Lavender Body Oil..
Half-Day Spa Package - Three,
Revival..
Three and a half hours are needed for this package. 1600

This programme
is follows the same procedures as in our first package,
Simply Thai..with the addition of a Herbal Cleansing Facial
using the Thai herbs Prai and Kahamin which will follow the
traditional Thai massage. Used by Thai women for centuries
these Thai herbs are known for their skin softening and
toning properties. The facial is good for all skin types and
for both women and men, we do things naturally, no machines
are used.

Indulgence..
Three hours are needed for this package. 2400 Baht
Begin this
program with a Herbal Steam Session, an hour has been
allocated to prepare your mind and body for the treatments
that follow. After your steam session you will be treated to
a herbal body scrub using a pre prepared compound of Thai
herbs and freshly pulped Papaya. We apply generous amounts
of the compound all over the body using it to exfoliate the
skin, once showered you will begin your one hour oil
massage. Our oil massage uses a combination of Swedish and
Thai massage techniques and you have six herbal oils to
choose from! We complete this program with a Herbal
Cleansing Facial using the Thai herbs Prai and Kahamin.
